On Cape Kitchens has been supplying Cape Cod homeowners with quality bathroom vanities for more than 30 years. Our North Eastham showroom keeps JSI, U.S. Cabinet Depot, and Forevermark vanities on display in a range of styles, widths, and finishes, so you can see and handle the cabinet before you commit to it.
As a Massachusetts licensed and insured contractor (Construction Supervisor License #CS62739, Home Improvement Contractor License #177590), owner Vern Hatt works personally with every client to match a vanity to the room's real dimensions, storage needs, style, and budget. The vanity is usually the first thing anyone notices in a bathroom, and getting the proportions right matters more than the price tag.
From compact 24-inch vanities for cottage powder rooms to 72-inch double-sink units for master suites, our selection covers the full range of Cape properties — antique Capes, mid-century ranches, modern architecture, and year-round family homes alike. We serve Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown, Orleans, Brewster, Harwich, and Chatham directly from our showroom.
What Cape Cod Bathrooms Ask For
Cape houses are harder on cabinetry than mainland houses. Salt air, high summer humidity, and the number of homes that sit closed and unheated for months all work against particleboard boxes and cheap hardware, which is why we recommend plywood construction and quality soft-close mechanisms as a baseline rather than an upsell. The other constant is size: bathrooms in older Cape homes and cottages are typically small and rarely square, so accurate on-site measuring matters more here than a showroom catalog does. Style tends to divide along the same lines as the architecture — Shaker and raised panel in antique and traditional houses, flat-panel and natural wood tones in modern ones.

Booking Cape Cod Vanity Projects for Fall 2026
Fall is the practical season for a Cape Cod vanity project. Once the summer and rental seasons are over, we can measure, order, and install without working around guests. Vanities ordered in the fall of 2026 are typically installed well before the spring rental season begins, and fall scheduling also means first pick of the new finishes arriving for the season.
Our fall and winter calendar fills quickly. If you want your vanity or bathroom finished before spring, now is the time to call.

🏡 Building an ADU in Cape Cod?
Massachusetts now allows accessory dwelling units by right in single-family zoning districts, and Cape towns have seen steady ADU activity as a result. Every ADU needs a bathroom — nearly always a compact one where a well-chosen 24-inch or 30-inch vanity decides whether the room feels livable. Our sister company, Lower Cape ADU, handles ADU design and construction, and we supply and install the vanities.

Our showroom is in North Eastham on State Highway, centrally located for the Lower and Outer Cape and reachable from anywhere on the Cape. We keep JSI, U.S. Cabinet Depot, and Forevermark vanities on display so you can open the drawers, test the soft-close mechanism, compare finishes under real light, and look at countertop samples alongside the cabinet you are actually considering.
Location: Unit #7, 4250 State Highway, North Eastham, MA 02651 (next to Ace Hardware)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday by appointment. Calling ahead is recommended.
More About the ShowroomCape Cod Bathroom Vanity Questions
Which Cape Cod towns do you serve?
We serve the Lower and Outer Cape directly from our North Eastham showroom — Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown, Orleans, Brewster, Harwich, and Chatham — and we take projects elsewhere on the Cape depending on scope and schedule. Call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
How long does a bathroom vanity take to arrive?
Stocked sizes and finishes are often available within one to two weeks. Special orders and custom finishes typically run four to eight weeks depending on the manufacturer. We confirm the lead time in writing before you order so your installation date is realistic.
Do I need a permit to replace a vanity?
A straight swap that reuses the existing plumbing locations generally does not require a building permit, though a plumbing permit may apply. Moving supply or drain lines, altering walls, or changing electrical does require permitting, and requirements vary by town. We handle permitting on projects we install.
Need a Complete Bathroom Remodel?
A vanity is often the start of a larger project. We also handle full bathroom remodels in Cape Cod — tile, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, and lighting — as a single licensed contractor rather than a string of subs you have to coordinate yourself.
